So I need a 5S-FE motor to swap into my 94 Celica coupe. I would go with the 3s-gte, but my parents have this whole thing about no turbos til im out of the house. Anyone got one or know where I can get one? Pricing? help!

get a 3sge, or a 4age and go all motor .

If you can wait until next summer 08... I'll have one for you hahah... low mileage too... 61,000 right now... I don't do a lot of driving... so by next summer I can guarantee not over 70,000

swap a 20V into it. Costs about as much as a 5sfe, plus its less work, and more HP on a more fuel efficent motor. But if your bent on a 5s, i got mine, with minor head work and about 40-50xxxKM on for $550CND, then another $200 to install. But i would say 20V would b better option. N/A power

You can do what I did. I acquired a 96 with a 5sfe. Cheapest I could find for a 5sfe (locally and moderate shipping) was around 1k and usually had around 100k. So I got cheap, bought a 3sfe and reused everything from the 5sfe except the block (had a thrown rod) and the head. Not sure if you could build it up (the 3sfe) but i got one for 500 shipped on ebay. Its been a great motor.
