I bought a Injen Cold Air Intake(part # is2040p) for my 97' ST hatchback but its for GT's but someone i was talking to said they bought one for there ST and it fit so i bought it around december but there was no point in putting it in at the time, now that its spring and the cold air is shortly starting to go away i decided to try and it doest fit with the battery in the car its too long ( the pipe connected with the filter ) i was furious i tried thinking of different things any suggestions would be helpful thanks......its the first part ive tried installing on my car btw

shocker, where did you get the heat shield for yours? I need to get rid of this sri I have right now and move on to something that actually pulls a bit of cold air.
