QUOTE(BBoYRuGGeD @ Apr 6, 2007 - 12:12 PM) very nice bro, and dude where can i get some of that paint? lol Thanks! I bought the 12 oz. spray paint can online here's the address: http://www.automotivetouchup.com/. You can enter the information of your car there my color code is 3L2 and it is the same paint I used for my splitters. Then I used duplicolor top coat from a local pep boys shop. There can be other cheaper online sites though I bet, this is just the one I thought was fast. It took like just 5-6 days for shipping. Another sight I know is http://www.paintscratch.com. |

I took off the hood stand though, the bar that holds up the hood when you open it because I just didn't want the paint to get scratched when I close the hood. |

You're right. I didn't think about the hood stand. I might have to do the same thing when mine arrives, but i don't know what color, if any, i'm going to paint it. -------------------- "Remember, amateurs built the ark and professionals built the Titanic. Oh... seems like there is a scratch, my friend did the same while opened the package with a cutter...
But it looks great with red. This post has been edited by vincent_doggy: Apr 8, 2007 - 1:17 AM -------------------- |

But it looks great with red. actually it's just dirt that came from the rubber on top of the hood. and i also have an injen decal that i painted red along with it. if you can see it is embossed on the top left side. im satisfied so its all good. thanks for the complements! |
