Can someone help me or explain what's happining? I wanted to upload a picture on my computer. I click browse and upload a picture that is .jpg and when i click to set it as my picture it says that there is an error and that that kind of file isn't supported. What's wrong with it?

Maybe the resolution is too big to post it as an avatar.

I have that problem. I tried to change my avatar but it said that the pic has to be 12kb and the pic I wanted to put up was like 256 or something. How do you change it so you can put it as your avatar? thanks

you need to resize the image with photoshop or some other picture editing program and save it to your computer. then it should be small enouph to fit as your avatar.

Adjust the file, and adjust the quality. Save for Web is best, iirc.
