i kno someone who is selling a 88 celi all trac with a 3sgte. I wanted to know what gen 3s comes in 88 all trac. It is good for a swap on to my celi?

It has 70k

I believe isn't that 1st gen, st165???, not sure though

Its a 1st gen, ST165. I wouldn't recommend going that old.
