Also Rza619 may have his address somewhere...I was reading though the old post's and I believe he did a local pickup from him for his stuff.

I have this thing were I don't delete my e-mails for some reason. I just went back through them and found my reciept from paypal of the money I sent him. Was hoping to find an address, but only thing I found is his name is Victor Leung, his e-mail is bypassvalve@hotmail.com and the e-mail linked to his paypal account is sup2thebov@hotmail.com
Wish I could be more help. but most of our conversations were through PM and over the phone. have you tried calling him with the number I gave you yet? So, doesn't this guy work for VIS, which is why he can get us lower prices?
