could be your o-rings...how bad is it? if i were you i would try seafoaming it (you wanna see some smoke??...hhaha its good smoke though it means its cleaning it out thumbsup.gif ) then changing your oil and getting some fresh in there..might help..if it's your rings its not worth pulling your whole engine apart to just put new ones in...it wont really hurt the engine it's just annoying to see smoke commin out all the time...i know the feeling i have the same problem with my 87 camaro.

I forgot to add the smoke is not blue,so the seafoaming is the same as an engine flush?

Blue smoke = burning oil.
White smoke = burning coolant.
Get a pressure test done on your cooling system. More than likely you have a head gasket leak. Also have it tested both cold and hot. Because if it only leaks a little cold and a lot hot then you head is warping.

yea its like an engine flush...like isaid give it a try..and while your add it replace your sparkplugs and add some fresh oil...even if it doesnt help you'll have already done that and have new everything for when you get a new headgasket

mm

Blue - oil burning
white - coolant burning or oil burning on the exhaust side.

This is mainly for the swapped folks that might come across a turbo leaking out the exhaust seals.
It also causes white smoke.

You most likely have a HG leak from what you are saying.
