hey just put a hid kit in the lowbeams of a 94 gts (canadian), my problem is that its pulsating just a tiny tiny bit around the very edge of the light, you've got to look pretty hard to notice it but it is there and most of the time, it seems to sort of come and go. Is this normal? is there a way to fix it? thanks very much for any help.

nop that's not normal, could be one of two things

1- you have low current
2- that ballast is ready to go

before you go out and spend money on something that may not be necessary , if is only one ballast with this problem, swap it to the other side and see if still does the same and check if the one working properly works fine on the other side.

good idea actually, i think its both that are doing it but ill double check tonight when it gets darker. I also Upgraded the main chassis ground, the old one looked pretty tiny and a little rusty so hopefully that helps some.
