so i need a new motor, but when i look for one on ebay i see that the 3sfe is a replacment. what does that mean exactly? i know the 3sfe is only a 2.0, and i do wanna boost it later, am i better off going with the 3sfe that the 5s? and how much more work would it be to drop it in? any info would be much appreciated, as i am trying to get this done ASAP.

Don't
Other than the fact the 3S has alot less power, it has no spot for a knock sensor. So your ECU will constantly be pulling timing, and you will have a CEL. -------------------- ![]() |

thanks a bunch you Presure and alltracman. I was on the verge of making a mistake then! have u seen any threads on the 4AGE swap? i seen a few but nothing that talks about the $$$ aspect of it. it would be nice if u could point me in the right direction.
