My mounts - at least front and rear are broken, and the engine rocks
quite a bit. What is the best venue for me - it is automatic, I have no mods
so solid plastic mounts may be to much - transmitting all vibration to the frame?
Which mounts are the best considering the above?

Stock replacements. Depending on how often you drive your car... solid mounts aren't always a good idea because they can make the ride a bit more rough.
