I just bought my wife's '95 ST a few weeks ago, and whoever put the new wiper blades on only put 16 inchers on there. WAY TOO SMALL. I wasn't sure what size was supposed to be stock, so I just put on the largest possible. I put a 24" on the driver side and a 21" on the passenger side. The two wipers miss touching each other by about 1/2 inch when the wipers are not in use, and this means no "shark fin" area at the bottom of the windshield when the wipers are in use. It also means better visibility in rain and snow (which is abundant here in MN).

While this isn't an "exterior styling" tip, it is nice to have larger wipers and thought some of you might be interested. I usually try to put longer wiper blades on all my vehicles for better visibility, and those books and computers at walmart and parts stores are often wrong anyway.

Cool. Standard size is 21" and 19" but if they work then great.

I just bought THESE Look much cleaner with no metalwork, and work really well too. smile.gif

Hey Manphibian, could you let us know how those new blades go? I replaced the blades on my car about 10 months ago but they make lots of noise if the windscreen isn't soaked when they're on. Plus the clean look is super cool also!

I have a permanent etched sharkfin from when my wipers broke whilst driving on a busy motorway in the pouring rain frown.gif

Yeah sure. I'm happy with them so far, although it hasn't really rained much yet. (weird for England)! laugh.gif

When i wash the screen they clear them quickly and silently. I'll update in here smile.gif
