is this a ECU chip or what? im not going to buy it but is it acually accurate on what it does? just curious

there's much better descriptions available by other members on here but from what I've gathered it tricks your car into overworking itself. Consensus leans towards waste of money.

No way, never in a million years - probably just a resistor to confuse the air temp sensor which means you won't see those sort of gains and you'll probably kill your engine wink.gif

lol, my friend got one of those, its a $.05 resistor from radioshack in an envelope. u stick into your air sensor on the intake and it just makes yourECU think there is less air, therefore it uses more gas.
Its total junk

If u look on eBay's list of common scams it is listed there lol

This so called chip is a resistor. It tricks the ECU into thinking that your intake air is colder than it is. This makes the ECU add more fuel to the engine which is what it does on cold starts anyways. It will not ruin your engine. It will make your gas mileage suck. The benefit would only be from having a intake and exhaust and then adding this with it because after the intake and exhaust your car will be running lean.
