Do any of you guys know if stickers on the OUTSIDE of the window be a problem? I have stickers on the outside of my window and I don't want to have to take them off if I don't have to. Does anybody know if tint goes on the inside or the outside? thanks

Tint goes on the inside, so your stickers will be fine. smile.gif

most of the time tint goes on the inside...some people do put it one the outside.... which is easier to put on put gets messed up real easy.... so if you decale is on the out side you'll be fine just put the tint on the inside..

How much does a tint cost? I am perhaps getting a 96 Silver GT and wondered how much it would cost at maybe 17%? Gimme estimates

!!! I got a quote in England once at 'mates rates' and it came to £300 about $450 US!!!
It might work out cheaper me driving over to the US to get it done! lol

Hmm...I got my 20% tint done for $135 with a lifetime warranty, even if I accidentally scratch it myself. Plus I ended up doing a website for the shop owner and making some money out of it. smile.gif

When I got mine done on my old car I paid 80 with a lifetime warranty, plus 20 bucks cash to the kid that did it. He tinted it fade blue to back behind my side windows with designs cut into the chrome with the blue/black behind the chrome for a pack of cigs and washing his truck. Gotta love knowing the people in the industry smile.gif

Also if you are somewhat handy with cars go to a shop and buy some tint, this is really easy to do with our windows(suggest taking the door panel off) Don't get the stuff at walmart, it will be purple within a year.
