Recentrly my vert rear window had been giving me fits, I was able to teke it appart and this is what I found.
Anybody knows the part number of the plastic bushing, and the other busshing in double green circles. they are supposed to run inside and over these tracks. I rather buy all of them now and replace, than wait for another to crack. Is this something toyota will have, or ASC since they built the verts.... Thanks in advance.... youre my savior, wher did you find this treasure. Im off to the dealer tomorrow. by the looks of it, they sell the whole plate, rather than the little plastic things. This is going to be expensive.....thanks....

now with the parts, i cant seem to be able to get the window off from the old plate, the thing to get it out is a nut, but needs a special tool. anybody has an idea how to do this. Im stuck... Help

well answered my own question. Made my own tool. Here is the tool i made by modifiyin a 14 socket plus the culprit.
