Are you sure you have a leak?
If you have that much boost leak, it must be a huge leak.
And if you had a huge leak, your vacuum/idle shouldn't be normal.
What is your vacuum at? How is the idle?

The wastegate might also be stuck open. Does it idle at the normal 650-800rpm?

it is at 10 Vac.

I would suspect the bov. If thats not it you may be loosing pressure around some of the clamps. I would suggest investing in t-bolt clamps. It should be a pretty obvious leak though. But, if its a vacuum leak then the intercooler piping shouldnt have anything to do with it. The leak should be after the throttle body. Try spraying starter fluid or carb. cleaner on the intake. Anywhere it could leak. But try to do this with a cold engine, you dont want a fire! If the idle raises, you found your leak. keep us posted

maybe he means 10psi :-P

but yea, if not a boost leak, wastegate stuck open. . .
to NOT hit boost past 1psi, even when flooring it up high...not right

Create a boost leak tester with a air compressor and listen to any leaks and use soapy water to locate anything hard to reach.
