SSautochrome [AKA SSautocrap] MR2 5S header - modified by me to fit the Celica. Initially I modified 2 headers one for my car one for Headers4u or something like that [he works for SSAC]. They paid for the second set to be modified and promised me the first production peice based on my redesign but then never replied to any of my phone calls, PM's or e-mails and basically i got stuck reworking all their crappy work on my header several times cause it kept breaking on me. I'm still really pissed cause I took some short cuts just to keep me rolling and spent more money than I had to in the long run cause I was expecting to get a finished production peice. All of this was like in '04. In the end I'm happy but 75% of it is my work and not theirs. If I had to do it again I would have gone with a better comp[any but IDK if anyone was actually making a header for the 5S Celicas back then.
Damn - the least they could do would be to answer my damn e-mails or phone calls and say they were not going to make it after all. I would have taken one of their 3s Turbo manifolds or downpipes instead.
$hit - now I'm mad again laugh.gif

Edit - Oh BTW - I'm happy with my top end now with the header tho - much better feel up top then stock.

I bought one off of Ebay. I liked it at first and then found out it was for the Corolla and had to modify my exhaust to make it fit. I also had to wrap it to hide all the rust from the chrome coming off.
If you are looking for a header for your car just get a stainless steel one. The chrome will turn blue and eventualy come off. Also it will more than likely be for a Corolla even if the seller says it is for the Celica.

i have a corolla one on my Prizm (aka corolla) and its good for what i paid. real STAINLESS, thick 1/2" flanges, came with all gaskets and hardware (need to buy the B pipe to cat gasket and bolts separately).

some lowend was lost, but pull above 3500 rpm is much stronger now and it'll pull all the way to the rev limiter.
