then take it to a shop, the air intake is just held by 2 hoseclamps. if hoseclamps are beyond your abilities then its best to let a shop do this.

QUOTE(NaderG @ May 27, 2007 - 6:56 PM) Hoseclamps arent the problem , i noticed there are a couple of smaller hoses on there , one of them is a vacum hose , the other ... i didnt know and i dont like messing with things that i dont know what they do ! On the car I had the same problem with, I replaced the entire unit. It was connected to the inlet manifold if I recall. There were some bolts, hoses with clamps which had to come off and the main harness electrical connector which also had to come off. It was fiddly but I managed to get it swapped out in a couple of hours. I've no idea where it is on the Celi, plus I've got a 3SGE motor which is probably different to yours. If you do this work yourself, it doesn't matter too much if you know what each hose is for, just make sure you put everything back the way it was, label the hoses if necessary and make sure you connect them to the correct ports on the valve. You won't learn unless you give it a go... -------------------- |

Final question : it is getting hot and i use my A/c more often , now i know there is a relay to make the engine rev up on idle when the a/c is on , i think mine is out or something because my idle drops with the a/c , so any idea where is it ? how to change it ? or whats the cause if it is not a relay ?
