Well, as my car still is in Upgrade stage, and i dont want to show it off totaly, i though i will put some teaser shots of what stuff is going into it smile.gif

First of my new upgrades was JUN Flywheel - for comparison - stock Beams engine flywheel weights around 8.6kg - JUN one weight 4.2kg - so you can imagine what the performance effect will be smile.gif

Heres how it looks standing next to the stock one:

IPB Image
IPB Image

Next thing was to replace my damn exhaust (i had Forza rear muffler on the stock over the axle pipe...), it was so damn loud and i hated it cuz it was imposible to cruize at 60mph, either i had to rev to 4k rpm to make the sound lighter or i had to go slower...

So finally i had a chance to get one of my dream exhaust systems biggrin.gif Kakimoto Racing:

IPB Image
IPB Image

It came from Toyota Altezza SXE10 with black top beams, so the piping was a bit different - but after some custom work it fitted like a glove biggrin.gif Now the car feels way wayyy much better and sounds so quite that on idle its even hard to tell that i have almost straight exhaust smile.gif But then you rev it - its another story - now it more compared to the SpeedBike - not the car biggrin.gif No low deep growling sound - just pure reving sound biggrin.gif

I will get the sound clips a bit later, once im done with the flywheel install biggrin.gif

For now - thats it - more updates will be posted in exterior forums wink.gif

Sorry for noob note... But I can not kindasad.gif It's half of that weight... how much it can effect power on wheels?

Martin - if you would be wearing 10kg Boots - and you had to run 100meters - your time would be bad, right? Now imagine what time would be if you where wearing 4kg sneakers? It would be better?

Lightned flywheel reduces moving masses - this means better response to trottle, faster reving, easyer for engine to rev.

Loving the Kakimoto Exhaust - your right they are quiet at idle and low revs - at high revs mine sounds like a jet fighter laugh.gif

Thank's Romas, perfect explanation... however... is that worth (I don't know) about 550USD investment? So for how much is worth buying lighter flywheel?

It is worth every single $ i paid for it - trotle response is instant, and engine rev way easyer. And it feels more powerfull in the low / mid range now. Basicly im totaly happy with this Buy biggrin.gif

Martin - i dont think you will find one for your ST...
