Need an autobody person in Ohio Options

Are there any autobody celica owners that would like to work on my Celica's front lip.
I"ve already started working on it. It's the same situation that Boss33 had. I've added quite a bit of fiber glass filler and I've got the fitment close but it's not quite there yet. It will need to be filled on the front left to fit flush to the bumper, and most likely will need to be cut and extended on one side to fit around the fender.

I just don't have the time to finish it between both of my jobs. If you can paint, I'll also hire to paint the front lip, side skirts, rear lips, and rear license bezel. I'll need to see some of your work prior to.

I need to put this lip on my gt4 front bumper.
