yeah...
I really don't know what actually happened, but my best guess is that one of the under body plastic panels that was loose worked as an airscoop and created some sort of 'overpressure' behind the bumper, pushing the thing out... it didn't hit my windshiels, so when I saw something flying over, I thought it was some sort of pamflet someone had threwn out of their car or something... |

well, it's not that amazing...
but internet really helps  especially since on most of my interests (cars, pinball, bowling) the best info can be found on english/american websites.

Freshly re painted front bumper, with a fully waxed and claybared car...

Latest pic of my pride in basecoat. She's all cleared up now but I don't have any pics of that. All paint and body work done by me. (Yes, I know I have a messy garage. Don't hate.) Overall, I'm very happy with the results. She's beauuu-ti-full!!! Just gotta put her back together & I'll take more pics.
