I'll find time to detail it when i stop going to school full time and work overtime too haha. Or maybe i just spend too much time on 6GC.net when i should be outside working on it haha. -------------------- |

^^ it might be a bpv off of a caldina but the way it works its simply hooked up to the cold side of the turbo, its hooked up very very very wrong. Its obviously not a caldina motor and a second gen 3sgte... the charge pipng is kind of hood rigged.

The BOV is NOT hooked up wrong at all....its the same as an st205 BOV and is perfectly correct, apart from where it is connected to the cold side of the turbo piping, it would be attached to the airbox (still on the inlet side of the turbo)on an st205 instead. It will work as Toyota intended, appart from the fact that it looks a little heath robinson, its a rather clever solution to the problem of fitting a recirc dump valve to an st185 engine.

You are damaging the paint under it/ around it and its horrible looking if you want to protect your bumper instead of "protecting" while damaging, try investing in a Clear bra. Hahahaha, no, I'm not damaging my paint, don't worry underneath the bra, the surface is dust free, believe me I remove my bra everytime I wash my car, and I don't use my car under rainy conditions. A clear bra is more damaging IMHO, because it tends to "cook" on the paint UKWIM As for the look, I,m agree, it's not the BEST look ever, but at least my paint is protected from chips and stones But thanx for your opinion, apreciated actually you do damage the paint with a bra, you mar the paint and put micro scratches into it., the off and on so much probably increases that. clear bra is tested the best thing for the car, and actually filters some of the UV out so the paint under it doesn't fade as much |
