damn that passanger airbag!

Tell me about it. As if the airbag itself won't mess your face up bad enough, I'm sure the glass shards won't help any. It's just a friendly reminder of why you should drive carefully. Car's looking great! I can't wait to see what color you go with on this one and see the final product.

Oh noes JD...sh!t.

No worries, Ferdi. That wasn't my project car. It's my old 3L2. It was the Illinois-ified version of your car- perfectly maintained automatic ST. The slowest of the slow. Not even moar slow can save you from a stampeding deer though.

MOAR LOW!!!!!!

Is that for real a Porsche caliper or just a decal? Looks too flat to be any caliper I've ever seen on a Celica.

It's a real Porsche 996 Turbo/GT3 caliper smile.gif

@ whatthe
The R-S2 are pretty good, very good traction, not as much as my old Potenza but the R-S2 can take more heat, they don't start to loose traction after some faster laps at the track.

potenza as in the re001? If so interesting that you say re001 has more grip. I would of thought a soft compound tyre like the rs2 would have more grip

Potenza RE720, doesn't look very special but it was an awesome tire at the track.
