Advice please, Help Options

Hello, I hope you can help me out. I live in New Bern, NC now, but I'm going up to Raleigh next month. I'm in the Marines now, but I'm getting discharged early because of an injury. That being said, I have my Celica torn down to the unibody in my garage with the plans to rebuild it after I was hit by a drunk driver. Anyway, I have no time to finish this on my own so I need to find a shop somewhere in NC that I can tow my car to and have them do the rest of the work for me. I would like to have some heavy body mods done, fabrication for a RWD conversion, engine transplant, interior, and paint. I had planned to do all this myself (with some help from some friends) but now I wont have access to the tools, materials, paint booth, or anything else I need. I have had no luck finding any kind of competent shop/ shops to do this. Please help. Thanks.
