I got pleasantly surprised when I came home yesterday, 'cause there was a big box from toyotaworld on the table. It got send just 2 weeks ago which means it got through cumstoms pretty quickly. Tax and other crap still cost an arm and a leg ...
Anyways, in the box there was a brand new trd quickshifter, a trd high pressure radiator cap and a polished trd oil cap, nice and also some hats... Here are some pics before the install, still have to make pics of the installed items. (Edited the title so it makes sense to put future updates here...) Thanks, I've been driving with the quick shifter for a few days now, and I must say I'm really pleased with it.
Here are some pics of the items installed, not the best quality but it'll do Here's also one of the custom stickers LewFX made for me, and in case you're wondering: Active-Bits is a small webdesign company, and I'm playing CEO This post has been edited by Bigwaaagh: Jun 13, 2007 - 5:37 PM -------------------- |

Item number at toyotaworld is: 00642-16401-003
It's described as TRD Radiator Cap, Type N 1.3 kg/cm, 18.5psi I'll check the part# on the packaging as soon as I get home after work. I've got to admit it was a bit of a gamble to order, because I wasn't completely sure this would fit. -------------------- |

QUOTE(3SGTE @ Jun 14, 2007 - 2:49 PM) Looks good man, how hard was it to install?? Take you long? Ehm took longer than it would have if we'd taken more of the dash off. We had to fiddle a bit to get it in, but it was all finished in 2 - 2,5 hours. Hardest thing was to re-attach the shift linkage to the shifter itself, it's held on by some springy clamps which can be a bit of a pain. Part # for the rad cap is 16401-SP030 btw... -------------------- |

QUOTE Pretty clean engine bay! Thanks, I've put some cleaning hours into it. I'm going to paint the covers so it'll look even better! And there is still a radiator cooling plate waiting to go in, after painting it to match the car. QUOTE part #on the oil cap?? PTR04-12108-02 is right, looks much better in real life than on the photo! This post has been edited by Bigwaaagh: Jun 19, 2007 - 4:46 AM -------------------- |

Congratulations with the win, that's a sweet deal you got. You'll really like the shifter
I just installed me new JDM Tails I ordered from vincent_doggy. On of the boxes was completely wet and soggy, probably thanks to the dutch climate, but the tails are in perfect condition. Looky at the wet boxy There was even a Tom's decal in one of the boxes, sweet! And finally my butt's new look : -------------------- |

Ziet er goed uit
Zat er ook de japanse kabelboom bij of gebruik je die op je auto zit? For the non dutch reading guys: Told him that it looks good and if the tails had wiring loom attached to it. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!

Nice, thanks for the compliments!
[/dutch] @Kadett, for the moment it's just the same old european wiring loom. It's very probable that me and my dad are going the modify the wiring ourselves as my dad is an electrician (and likes working on the celica). -------------------- |
