Since i bought the celi over 8 months ago, aytime i would idle w/ the lights on and revv, they would get brighter, the a/c fans would get noticably louder and faster. at idle w/ no acc. on the voltage it 12.9 warm and 13.3 cold at about 3K cold its 14..

i think its on the way out.
anyone know of a high amperage alt you can get for the 7A?

yeah sounds like the alternator. make sure you check the voltage at the alternator itself, and also the connector from the wiring harness of the car to the alternator for any damage. I having problems with my alternator and part of the problem was a bad/loose connection between the connectors.
when you replace the alternator also inspect the power steering and alt. belts.
