well there was 1 problem when i bought my 95 ST last year...it went through a hail storm...so yeah there are little dents all over my hood...now iv thought of the options and just got an estimate of $780 to pull all the dents out of my car ....

now i cud spend the money and get all the dents out or just get a new hood...and if i did that i wud go ahead and get a GT4 hood? does anyone know the price range that they run for or if thats even a reasonable option?

wud it bolt up to my ST? wud it even look good with a stock ST front bumper?

just looking for some input from more celica smart ppl

alls appreciated

Sigh...

the stickies are at the top of each forum. They are threads that were made a long long time ago that cover all the basic information. The general rule of thumb is to look in the stickies and use the search function before posting...

to make it easier for you, here is the link
http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=1481

And its "Could" and "Would"... not "Cud" and "Wud"

Its not being a dick head... its called learning. If I never would have posted that link someone else would have flamed you beyond belief. If you post something that is already in the stickies and you didn't look first you better have a damn good flame suit.

With that - being new and all... Don't burn your bridges. We're all here to help, but if you come off all high and mighty no one is going to want to help you. Just be polite, use the search function often and be familiar with the stickies smile.gif

the problem was, not everybody who first becomes a member knows what a sticky is..
i, too, didn't know what a sticky was either... IPB Image

anyway, to help you out, here are two pics that will help you get the stuff you need:

gt4 hood
gt4 bumper

the gt4 hood is higher at the front than your stock hood. so you'll also need the bumper for it all to match.

you need to get yourself a copy of the Toyota EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog)
i had to pay $40 for mine before i actually found out it can be downloaded from torrent sites.

the extra part numbers on the hood and bumper i added in myself (you'll notice the change in font for some of the numbers).
