hey guys, garrett over @ wolfkatz.com has made up some SWEET mr2 oil pan level sensor cover plates.
cnc machined for a perfect fit, with a nice o-ring seal, and anodized for corrosion protection. gone are the days of gooping gasketmaker on a peice of scrap sheetmetal, and sealing it on there with some JB weld. http://www.wolfkatz.com/products.php?cat=19 -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

IIRC the JDM mr2 pan does NOT have a level sensor. the sensor he is talking about is in the downpipe. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

QUOTE(presure2 @ Jun 19, 2007 - 1:25 PM) no. IIRC the JDM mr2 pan does NOT have a level sensor. Yeah, that's correct. Sorry I wasn't clear. The same place on the gauge cluster that has a low oil light in the US has a cat-overheat light in Japan. The sensors are in different places.the sensor he is talking about is in the downpipe. -Charlie -------------------- 2003 Subaru WRX Wagon
