well for the first time in my life, i got dumped by my girlfriend. usually its me breaking it off but not this time. and im taking it really badly! its been 3 days and all i do is think about her. havnt slept much or eaten much or been very happy those days either. not to mention it doesnt help we work in the same store, so i see her from time to time everytime i work. so i was wondering what have you guys done to get over a girl that dumps you. Because like i said, i ve never been dumped, she definitely broke my heart. or maybe you guys got some encouraging words cuz ive never felt this bad in my life.

Don't take it too rough. Hang out with friends and try not to think about her while doing that. That should help some. And like manphibian said, time is the greatest healer. Take care.

what they said. the toughest part that i can see is that you both work in the same store. that would suck hardcore. that is one reason that i wouldn't go serious with someone i work with cuz from now on everytime you see her at work it will be awkward.

the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else. haha but seriously, just keep yourself busy... work out, chill with friends, work on your car, take up a hobby, whatever to keep your mind off it.

back in the day, i managed to start hanging out with this girl i'd had a crush on for years. things didn't go storybook and i sorta got left in the dust...epic tale for sure.

in the wake of the whole ordeal, i laid on the floor and listened to the cure for what seemed like months.

then out of the blue i met another girl and life carried on. that's the beauty of it.

take some time to reflect if you need to, but keep your head up.

you don't want to miss the next thing coming your way.

wow thanks you guys, definitely made my day a lot better. but yea, im going to pick up a hobby to keep myself busy, probably drawing since i havnt done that in a while. man it still hurts though, but slowly im picking my self back together again. just, damn this feeling sucks alot.

Everyone gets dumped from time to time.. It feels like the end of the world when it happens but you'll move on, I did. It will get better, just give yourself a bit of time, go out, have some fun!
