3sgte total price?! Options

I was looking at 3sgte engine on e-bay and i was wonderin what would be the total cost of the swap...including wiring if n such for the engine i put the engine and trans with shipping around 1,530 give or take 10 bucks...so i would just like to know the price for a complete swap...and im doing the work myself..i figured i would save some money there too. any ideas?

This has been covered quite a few times...the basic answer is you can never really predict how much these things cost, there are tons of hidden costs and upgrades that come up as you go. Normally people spend around 3-4k on this if they do it themselves.

I would check out Superior Trading also, they are located in Houston i think and would save you some money on shipping ( you could just go pick up a clip) since your in El Paso.
