MR2 T and 185/205 clutches have the same physical dimensions.
So a clutch that fits one will bolt to another.

However, stock clutches might have different clamping forces, and different strength discs between models.

Aftermarket ones, if you are going "upgraded" IMO it shouldn't matter as long as it's a good clutch.

I've heard alot of problems with ACT clutches in 185s, MR2s, and swapped Celicas.
I've never used one, so I can't say myself.

Personally, I prefer Exeddy. They seem to be better quality.

Going with ACT clutch its not a good idea,at least from my experience.
I suggest to you to go with a complete clutch kit with flywheel from ORC,OSGIKEN,HKS or EXEDY.

Well...this depends from what power is your car right now and at what power you are planning to go smile.gif

ST205 onwers that i know are using Exedy Single Clutch with Carbon disc, they are 250whp-300whp and they are happy with it using the car for daily driving(including hard driving) biggrin.gif biggrin.gif .

I prefer Exedy a 100 times than ACT smile.gif
