ok so i have a set of seats from a 1990 gt-s that are in really good shape and look sportier than my current 6th gen seats w/the splitting bolster.. so if anyone knows how to fit them into the car i would be eternally greatful! oh and i'd like to see if i could do the same w/the rear seats. thanks in advance

well you can cutout the rails on ur 6g and drill a few holes and bolt or weld them together. I bolted mine lexus seats and they seem to work fine...but i think i'll weld together sometimes down the track just to make sure.
you will need to measure the dimensions on the 5g and adjust them accordingly so that they make a perfect fit. The lexus seats are smaller than the 6g so i used 2mm steel plate and bolt it between the rail and the lexus seats to extend them width abit...if you need some pics i'll can post them up. -------------------- ![]() 98% completion --- aaRon |
