Right i had my car in the mechanics so they could replace my gearbox & clutch after my box locking up the other week & nearly killing me kindasad.gif

All fixed now & runs ace........................except when i hold a constant speed ie 40mph the car kicks. When i say kicks i mean like a misfire but in the sense u can feel it do a small lurch every few seconds but only slight but enough to feel it.
It ticks over perfect at about 800rpm as always & accelerates fine aswell.

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter? Sounds like that could be your problem or your pump is going out and is only supplying enough fuel for idling. Filters are cheap and that is a good starting point. Next if you haven't had it done then get a tune up with plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor. Also get your timing checked. If those basic things don't fix it then it will need a bit more specific tools.
