i read the articles and did the research , i know that really cheap seats arent safe and some of them are acutally illegal to have without certain safety belts and most aftermarket seat belts are illegal , what a mess !!
my question is what kind of seat would just use the stock seat belt ??? how much should i expect to pay for a good seat that is inexpensive ... any help ?

good seats are..let's say not inexpensive smile.gif but you can keep the stock seat belt with most aftermarket seats.

A well known seat that is made with great quality is Corbeau. I am getting ready to buy a set of Corbeau TRS seats in black Microsuede here in the next month. Those are going to cost me 369 per seat. After sliders are purchased it will be 938 dollars.

If you like the sparco-style seats, the Corbeau A4 and CR1 are 299 and 349 per seat (base)

Recaro SPD.

Alot has to do with sizing. How tall are you and what do you weigh?

thats another good point. Like im about 5'11, and 210LBS, not fat, but just big and i fit nice and snug into my Torino's, but other seats like BRIDEs i dont fit into at all cuz they are designed for tiny little drivers in Japan. I say b4 you buy a "cheap seat", or any seat, go out to a dealer, sit in a display model and see how you like the feel. Also b4 you buy the seats, sit in them. Like the ones you are actually gonna purchase sit in them because one of my sparcos is just a slight bit larger than the other just because of the way they made it. It coulda been a different day or different guy on the assembly line puttin every thing together, but ones just slightly larger than the other.

i am 6'2" about 190 lbs and i have issues with reasting my back on the stock seats , if the whole purchase exceeds the 500$ line , i would just re-upholster my seats for 700 , with two-tone leather , but i am nore sure about quality.. anyways ,it sounds like cheap seats arent a good idea ..but i am pretty sure something is out there that would do !

I'm 5' 11' and weigh 155lbs.

In a fixed position bride, it was tight and made my testicle hurt. But the driver poistion was great.

Recaro- If you're a skinny guy, and I mean no gut at all, the SPDs are for you

Sparco- Tureno's fit even the chubby guys well.

My personal review outta the 3, (I've been in other's but these are the 3 best imo) is if you're daily driving the car and you're skinny, go for the recaros. If you have have some weight on you, go sparco, or if you're a husky man, go for the evo8 stock recaros. The brides are kinda cheapy made, but they'll glue your butt to that seat. Bride are really only for the hardcore weekend racer.
