cause short ram=hot air sucker=worse than stock
theres an info article that stated the short ram intake only gains half a horse over stock. basically the accord intake can be felt, and its noticable, sri isnt unless your on a dyno. |

Well for me the choice was
Accord intake $30 Injen/AEM = $100+ Also, If you have an ST, you shouldn't be putting on a 2.5" exhaust, more like a 2" or at most 2.25". This post has been edited by 6gcSTVT: Jul 21, 2007 - 9:31 AM -------------------- Darin H. |

Im not 100% sure of this but the outlet diameter on st headers (at least all the ones i could find) were 2.5" and if you let your exhaust go from 2.5" down to 2" your going to create reversion which is a big no no and will choke high rpm power.
Read this: Acura boys saving the day like they always do Go to that website if you ever need intake or exhaust or any power realted help, it explains everything in the most detail you could ever want. Leave it to civics and integras to do extensive power research and spends days on dynos... thats all their good for. |
