QUOTE(Driveby @ Aug 19, 2007 - 6:27 AM) Ive just bought the 150 PSI Stage 2 Digital Progressively Controlled Kit from enginerunup.com for my faff, hoping to fit it next week though ve ordered some Aquamist jets and check valves as the supplied checkvalve assembly is just plain big ass ugly. The kit will be interfaced with an Aquamist DDS3 for monitoring purposes. What boost pressure are you guys triggering at? Im looking to start at 12psi ~ 50% upto 18psi+ ~ 100% running 50/50 methanol/water. Id love to get my pump mounted in the engine bay and use the stock washer bottle assembly as my reservoir and add a small bottle for my screen wash as trunk space is already limited on the GT4 and I have my battery in there also. Pics would be great ![]() i have mine set to come on at about 10psi. progressive controllers are cool and all, but youll probably want it to spray 100% asap. because if you think about it, boost builds quickly, and the sooner you start flowing 100%, the more cooling you will get. Not saying it will, just that many of us here are unsure of the best way to put it. as long as u seal it with high temp silicone it shouldnt fall out silicone wont hold it in place, and it might clog the jet. your supposed to drill and tap the piping so that the nozzle threads right into it... but i guess that might be hard to do, if you have thin gauge piping. just make sure its nice and tight, cause if the the nozzle falls off, it will kill your motor. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
