i would like to have a search in this page about people in your area so you dont have to be looking one by one user and also i will be able to share with people that has a 6gen celica cause back here in Puerto Rico that car is not common.so i hope you guys can do something about it

There is something like that. Its called member's rides. Click "advanced search" and enter Puerto Rico, specific towns, "PR", etc.
