My boyfriend and I have debated on this. I grew up not putting milk in them. It seems strange to me. I think they taste just as good without it. So am i the only one who doesnt use milk??

Thanks for letting me take away 2.5 seconds of your time.

Why wouldn't you put milk...? It makes it fluffier. Scrambled eggs without milk might taste the same but the fluffiness will be different.

Search just about any site that has a recipe for scrambled eggs. I'm willing to bet 9.9/10 of them says to add milk.

That's interesting. I've never put milk when making scrambled eggs. I usually just put in nuoc mam (fish sauce) with the eggs.

actually milk doesn't add fluffiness
thats a myth.
knowing how to properly beat your eggs will give you what you need wink.gif
and yes i have culinary background

but i've done both throughout my life

I do it, it adds more mass to your eggs, so you just have more eggs. But I don't eat the yolk, bad yolk.

I never did, but my girlfriend's family does. It adds more mass to the eggs, but it doesn't make them taste better. When I eat eggs I do not add milk... no thanks.

When I scramble my eggs without milk, it sticks more to the pan. But when I do it with milk, it's like perfect. Idk. Either way is fine with me.. but it's fluffier with milk.. and yummiest with cheese! MMM.
