 How do you clean inside where the tire is stored? |

k so i have a 95 hatchback i bought used
i took out the cover and when i saw the white part and the tire i was disusted:( The stuff is like all sticky and just rusty How do i clean inside where the tire is located Like after u take off ur trunk seat cover how do u clean that ****t??? |
