Nice, hey that's kinda good news and good news because YOU broke up with her, right? Hey, did you ever get your intake/brackets fixed? Mine's still holding up. I think it's b/c my pipe was smaller and lighter than the 3in. they sent you.

QUOTE(Jlacker3 @ Sep 7, 2007 - 2:26 AM) Nice, hey that's kinda good news and good news because YOU broke up with her, right? Hey, did you ever get your intake/brackets fixed? Mine's still holding up. I think it's b/c my pipe was smaller and lighter than the 3in. they sent you. First off, it was coming round the corner and we both saw it. I just decided instead of dragging it out and going through it over and over, i should just man up and get it over and done with. By no circumstances am I dogging her though, she is the most amazing girl I have met to this day, but in the situation, i had to do what I did. Also, to fix the bracket, I went to lowes and bought this strip of metal that was... maybe 8 inches long and half a pencil width thick. I just stuck it in a vice and used a sledge hammer to bang it into shape until it fit. So far no problemos except that I have to adjust it every once in a while cause it slowly slips out of the circle brace but thats not a problem, gives me a reason to look under my hood. -------------------- |
