 a few quick Qs steering wheel and other, can i use the same airbag as my 3 post |

i know if you upgrade from a 4post to 7th gen you have to change the airbag. but i have a 3post in a 99gt. would i still need to get a new airbag or could i just use mine? the wheel itself looks the same but the airbag cover is diff. also from what i read in a recent post the cruise control was diff from a 4post wheel to 7th gen from batman (i think that's who said it). would that still apply to the 3post to 7th gen cuz it looks ?
on a new topic on my drivers side floormat the little hook that keeps it in place is gone altogether. how hard would it be to replace that? it's not a big deal but it moves all over the place while i am driving and i am tired of always having to adjust it. any help on either matter would be great. thanks --------------------  Call me a traitor! i dont think you need to change the airbag..just buy an adapter for the plugs, or you could just re-wire. Airbag cover is not going to make a different..
Im not sure abt the CC, but would think they are very similar....if not the same??? --------------------  98% completion --- aaRon |
