1. I want to drain all brake fluid and put in new, i have searched stickies, and no result, reason is also because i beleive i will do great job to paint the calipers off the car, rather than hanging. so, taking advantage, i want to change the whole thing. Whats the best way to get the air out...or would this be a bad idea?

2. Secondly while i have the car jacked i will be changing shocks. Im still undecided if i lower or not. If i change the shocks. Do i need to have it aligned. What if i lower it. I dont want to do it twice. If so ill just lower it at same time.. Im planning on using the same boots. Has anybody bought new strut mounts....

Any help is appreciated....

1) pick any caliper nipple, open it and use a rubber hose..open brake fluid reservior, have someone press the brakes until all gone.

2) since you have a 97, your strut mounts should be okay. if you lower, you should have it aligned.

how do you open the nipple? Do stainless steel brake lines work, or they are for looks?

the nipple is on the caliper and requires an 8mm socket or open wrench to undo it...
