my friends dad came over, it was my top radiator hose, just ripped open near the seal.

I was almost home from my delivery job, drove 70 miles on the celi

she was tired, and ready for a nap.

I'm pullin onto one of the last main roads and i start accellerating.

All of a sudden I hear a loud bang/pop that sounds kinda like I ran over a glass bottle.

My car is still driving fine, nothing seems different at all. Infact it is easier to shift now lol

BUT

when I got home, I opened the hood to check for what that noise was, and there was radiator fluid all in the battery base thing/ over the battery, down in my wheel well, it got ON my wheel on the outside, it was on the fan, on the fan motor, on some random hoses and stuff too..

all this fluid was on the RIGHT side of the top radiator hose/cap.

What happened?

I hope its nothing big but insight to whatever it is is really helpful!

EDIT:

When you are looking at your engine bay from the front of your car: in the top right, in the very corner near the drivers side fender/door, there is a fluid container that has a kind of slanted neck. In my GT, this fluid is well below the minimum allowed. What is this fluid? Thanks!

sounds like you either blew a hose, or the radiator itself.
look for tears in the radiator hoses, or a crack in the radiator, along the top, around the base of the neck.
