Hey well I'm looking for a third brake light for my Celica Convertible, becuase mine has never worked since i have owned the car. I'm not exactly sure why not, but it just never worked for me. It's probably a long shot, but if anyone else has a working third brake like for a convertible then please let me know becuase i'm very interested.

it's probably just the bulb has gone out. otherwise you have an electrical problem. your best bet would be to just find a bulb and replace it.

This is for a convertible. It's not a bulb, it's LEDs.

id check to see if they are getting power first, with a test light, check to see if it gets 12V to the + wire.....my vert had about 180K on the body and each LED still worked so i doubt you need a light.

Yeah i always figured LEDs take a LONG time to go bad. Especially for a light that isn't on all the time. This brake light is MAD exspensive from the dealer, most exspensive light i've ever heard of.

When I took mine apart to see why they weren't working I found there was nothing inside the lens so I bought some led's and fitted them inside the len's. Keith
