Hi, at first i believe this problem was hydralic, but its not, i can see the slave cylinder pin pushes out the clutch fork, but i can't get it into gear, i can go thorugh gears while the car is off, but not on, and when i start the car in first, if i hold in the clutch it doesn't move, but once u let up a little, it will start to engage very early, also there is a squeaky noise always going, unless i push in the clutch all the way

What clutch are you using? if its an aftermarket with a heavy pressure plate then its slave-related....
I have a ACT street clutch and even then, i have the same problem you describe but it always goes in its just a little hard because with the clutch pedal all the way in its still not completely disengaged.... I noticed one of the MR2oc vendors sells a longer slave cylinder rod to fix this problem for $23 shipped, i have yet to try it, but i'd like to know if it solves the problem. |

sounds like your clutch may be gone. How long have you had it?

I'd bleed it again. rule that out first then go from there.

i have bleed it about 15times, and the slave pin i have on there is already modifed to go out another half inch, it has a act clutch and a f1 racing flywheel, and i checked out the slave, and it was still sealing well, so maybe extended the pin more, but when i pulled the boot off the clutch fork, when the clutch is fully in, the fork is getting so close to a tranny bolt

bad master cylinder change it out. how long did the clutch line stay open for.....the seals most likely dried out and when you went to push the clutch it it ripped the oring. happened to my g/f's 3s mr2. we bleed the thing for like an hour and still it wasn't holding pressure so we changed the master out and boom we got clutch.

i dunno i replaced the master cylinder, and i have pressure, like the clutch pedal feels so hard to push, i have a upgraded act clutch, and i have a modifed slave pin about a half inch longer then stock, and plus the pedal is all the way out, so i believe there is something stuck inside?

so did you just replace the clutch or have you been driving with this setup and now recently giving problems. if you were driving it before it has to be a spring related issue.
