My car is now acting up after falling into this huge hole under a bridge that was hidden in the shadows. Now my car is making this horrible sound when ever I put the breaks on and when I take off from full stops. The sounds is like a clanking sound directly under the front passenger side. You can feel it on the floor of the car. I change my axle which was really chewed up, but i think it was like that before this incident and I also changed the strut. These things didn’t stop the weird clanking sounds. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked ur ball joint? sway bar links? maybe look at your drivers side and then look at your passengers to see if theres a difference. it sounds like u broke something if your hearing a clanking sound.

Jack the car up and inspect the area where the noise is coming from could be anything.

yeah, same thing happened to me... it is likely your bushings on your lower arm. after i got my swap i took mine to the track and the bushings finally gave out. unfortunately you cant just buy new bushings and you have to get a lower control arm ( i think its called a control arm) its shaped like a big A under your car. the bushings are probably torn.

You want power but have no money. That's a problem.

Cheap. Reliable. Fast. Pick two.
