Does anyone know if a 94 st will pass Canadian emission test without 1 catalytic converter, i have the one near the downpipe but the one thats supposed to be under the manifold i took out when i put header on. Plz post if u know..thnks

should...what province you in?? I passed e-test on my car that runs rich and puffs black smoke out of my tail pipe when ever i step on it. If you dont have the front cat, i would just get a good aftermarket cat welded in place where your secondary is.

I livei n Ottawa, Ontario the 2nd cat i have is stock but the one that was under the manifold i took out.

there's no emission test in new brunswick so cant help ya man...i still have my 2 cats though

unless you bought your can in california, celica only have 1 cat, which is under the manifold.
