So after I repainted my rims this winter i had them balanced this spring on the inside instead of the outside like they were before ( i took the weights off to repaint). Well they looked good but i had some vibration over 70mph, but i rarely go over 70 bc of where i live. I know i talked to migga and jeff and they say its a common vibration but i didn't have it when i had my rims balanced with weights on the outside.
Now only my drivers side tire has wear in the middle of the tire, and i check my tire pressure every couple of weeks to make sure they are at the right level. So do I have wear bc of balancing on the inside or do i possibly have a bad drivers side ??????. I know that there are no CV problems, clunking or noise coming from my suspension. When i brake there is no vibrations to indicate a worn rotor, and wouldn't an alignment affect both tires? What do you think? Bad tire? Balancing? A bad part that isn't normally noticable? S.O.L.....?? BTW I run on Falken 512's.... -------------------- Darin H. |
