any1 know how to apply? just sand, filler (if necessary) n paint?

i want to do this to my hood and bumper, since they are the parts that need facelifting and some bodywork

if you want it to last more than a bit, use a nice black basecoat, and clear it with a super matte clear.
it dries nice and flat.
not much "shine" at all.
