So I just got done installing my sprint springs and kyb struts. When I turn my steering wheel all the way to the left or right I get a popping noise from the front driver side. What do you think went wrong?

Did you grease everything up when you put it all back in? If not, you'll get popping and pinging as you turn the wheel.

Did you mount the spring in properly? There is a specific way the spring needs to sit, or else it will spin around until it seats itself.

I seated it in the groove right. Maybe I moved it around a lot after my axles kept poping out. Hmm. well is it bad for it to seat itself?

Its not "bad", but I would definately get in there and check it out. You don't want that to continue. If it were coilovers it would be different.

Right, popping can be normal within a certain time frame. This is from the springs fully seating themselves and settling in, but if it continues there is something that needs to be addressed.

if you didn't torque all the mount bolts (esp the lower ones) to spec, they can actually move. if you torqued them all i wouldn't worry about it, but i've seen it happen before.
