Has anyone installed headers on GT and kept the stock exhaust? Is it too loud?
The reason I am asking is because I have to replace my cat and it will be cheaper to just get headers but I do NOT want it to sound ricey or extremely loud. I plan on doing a cat back exhaust, just not now. Experience? |

i just did that, I guess it would depend what kind of header you pick up, but mine isnt loud at all.
the throttle response is muuuuuuch better and the engine has a little more of a throaty sound to it, but not ricey or anything. -------------------- The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed? |
